Prakriti Giri to Host “Radio Show” in North Bengal & Sikkim

Gangtok, Feb 13 (Press Release): Keeping with the promise to entertain their valued listeners in North
Bengal & Sikkim, Nine on 91.9 FM is very happy to announce the launch of
their two new shows.

Prakriti Giri, the top 3 finalist of “Star Voice of India, Chote Ustad”
fame can be heard in North Bengal & Sikkim from the 15th of February
2009.The show is highly inter-active wherein Miss Giri will entertain her
fans and listeners with interesting aspects of her own journey as a singer
and her accomplishments at the CHOTE USTAD show on Star Plus.

Nine FM is the launch pad for Prakriti’s new avatar as a Radio Jockey.
“Nine FM has always encouraged local talents. Nine has taken this move in
order to provide a platform for young prodigies to showcase their talent.
Prakriti Giri will introduce young talents of North Bengal & Sikkim in the

Our second offering is a new show dedicated to Bollywood Music “ SANGEET
KE RANG NINE FM KE SANG” hosted by our own home grown RJ Sudeep, which
will be on-air every Sunday from 11am-1pm starting from February 15th
2009.The theme of the show will basically be all time Bollywood Hits ,
primarily from the 90’s and all time evergreen hits.
